Russ Boyd is licensed by the State of California. Russ is a Broker with an extensive background in real estate and mortgage lending. A believer that the need to improve never stops, Russ earned his Juris Doctorate(Law Degree) in 1996.
Russ continues to take courses designed to keep him up to date with changes with his specialization in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. Russ has received training to serve the needs of mature homeowners and has earned the SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation.

Personal Profile
Russ Boyd moved to the Bay Area over 30 years ago. He has lived in the East Bay, Santa Cruz County and has resided on the Peninsula for the past 20 years. Russ has a love for the outdoors and he is an accomplished equestrian and enjoys running, hiking and skiing. Russ is a published author, award winning public speaker and actor that has developed a love for the uniqueness of the Bay Area, as well as years of experience in the mortgage industry and a degree in law that brings a perspective to real estate that is hard to equal.
